Yes, all our jewellery is crafted using solid hallmarked 9 / 14/ 18 KT Gold and ethically sourced certified HPHT Lab grown diamonds.

We offer FREE shipping and insurance on every order. If the products are made to order, they are delivered within 25 days from the date of placing the order. If the products are ready in stock, they are delivered within 5–7 days from the date of placing the order.

Orders are delivered through our shipping partners namely Sequel Logistics and BVC Logistics. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Junee account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Junee shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.

Exchange Value:-

100% of gold value at current market value and 100% of diamond value at current market value.

Buyback Value:-

100% of gold value at current market value and 80% of diamond value at current market value.

Any jewellery resizing can be made at any point of time. If there is any addition of the gold then consumer will be charged for the addition as per the actual rate.

Repair services for manufacturing defects is covered under our free service. Although repair services of any other kind are subjected to payment.
