Are your products made of real gold and diamonds?

Yes, all our jewellery is crafted using certified 9 / 14 / 18kt gold and natural, lab grown HPHT diamonds.

Are the stones you use natural or lab-grown?

We primarily use lab grown HPHT diamonds and gemstones. Each product listing specifies the type of stones used.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders within the INDIA typically arrive on 7–10 days. International orders may take 20–45 days.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free shipping across the INDIA and reasonable rates for international deliveries.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

We accept lifetime exchange with original certificate. Please reach out to our support team to assist you. If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Junee account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be en-cashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Junee shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.

Store your jewellery in a soft pouch, avoid contact with perfumes, and clean with a soft cloth regularly.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a lifetime guarantee on gold purity and offer repair services for manufacturing defects.

We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from Junee. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received any discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your Junee account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than Junee shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.

Determination of Value of Buy-Back:

100% of gold value at current market value

60% of diamond value at current market value.
